ABOUT THUNDERHANDS

About Me: "Wakiya" (Thunder)
I am a Tribal, Musician, Writer, Artist. I try to walk the path and have studied the tradition of the "Wisdom keepers" like Lame Deer, Fools Crow, Black Elk, and Rolling Thunder from the tribes of this region, and Lao Tzu, Buddha, Bodhidharma, Yeshua, and other enlightened ones from the many various tribes of the earth. I understand the worlds religions and belief systems, and realize the division this can cause by the lack of understanding the "real message" from the Masters. My intention, and life's prayer is to try to live in harmony with Grandmother Earth, Grandfather sky, (Nature) and "the spirit that moves in all things," and help in any way I can to build a bridge between all men and tribes so they can walk their path in a manner that will benefit themselves, the Earth and others. I open up, and ask Great Spirit, The creator, The Tao, The Universe, to work and direct healing and positive energy through me by different means, like the Flute, drums, Words, Prayer, and Touch. I try to be loving and accept others from the heart, and practice forgiveness. I honor all people, the winged one's, and four legged ones considering us all equal, not one being above another. I honor the bountiful Harvest from Mother earth in the form of plant life, water, air and herbs which sustain our oneness with her. I pray all tribes should re-unite as one, so we may protect the planet and live in harmony. Within you, without you.

Walking in the sacred circle

Some times we think as the "human beings" that we need to go to others for something that mother earth and grandfather sky have an abundance of. We may think we want a companion and help mate to give us love, support and validation. That is OK and is a good thing. But do we try to hook up with people that are not walking our path just to have somebody, anybody? I suggest that the marvels of mother earth and her energy can supply me with an abundance of love, joy, and nurturing until the "Earth Woman" I want shows up. Where is there more feminine energy then in Unci, Maka, Grand mother Earth? And where can you get more elder energy, or strong counsel then from "Tunkashila" grandfather Sky? Take a walk in the trees, lose yourself, and connect with the spirit that moves in all things. The trees, rocks, grass, and earth heal you with their auras. All of the plants, animals, and rocks (Inyan) have their own energy field. Are you aware of that? Do you feel it? Do you let it mix with your aura. Do you let the wind blow the darkness from your soul? Do you listen to, and ride on the wind, like brother Hawk, Crow, and Eagle. These are not just words Mita Cola! The animals do a dance for you. In the sky it's the winged one's on the ground it is the critters, the four leggeds. They will never lie to you, judge you, or send you dark energy. They will heal you with their antics and make you smile. The garden path they lead you down is the real one, it's the red road. They will never double cross you, or think that you are crazy! Their friendship is a given and only requires our acceptance. Don't turn you back on it, because life here is to short. There are people around us, and they need to be healed, and I love the two leggeds also. But when you give your love, it is like trusting that they won't use what is given to them to hurt you. Protection is needed when healing and loving. Not all appreciate the wise counsel and love given. You will know by their actions, deeds and words. You will also know by their dealings, and the people they surround themselves with. Are they centered and balanced, either before or after a healing. Its about love not confusion. The critters are centered and balanced all the time. because they walk in "the sacred circle."

Very true. I think it is common that we try to fill a void caused by not being in touch with nature by spending time with other humans when really we just need to spend more time with Mother Nature.
